STAMPEDEEEEEEE!
It’s seriously crazy! & I’m turning into chinarian adapting their culture- pushing and squeezing but absolutely no queueing. People cut my queue and all! It’s so annoying, I’m learning from them. Singaporeans here are so very identifiable, we always QUEUE.
Zzzz. Anyway, ya. As you can see from above, Aussie pavilion is ever so crowded. The first day of Singapore pavilion’s opening there were people injured cos of stampede, we just stood there in awe. Lol.
Getting into expo everyday is a hassle cos we’ve to go through “customs” and some days they choose to be stupid and only open 3 lanes for staff at 8am giving the excuse that spectators & volunteers have priority. Honestly, if the staff don’t get to go in what do your spectators & volunteers go in for?! Oh well.. Their system is screwed la huh.
More photos soon! (I hope the internet’s kind to me la..) Stay tune :D
Wow, I’ve been in Shanghai for a week already.
This feels kinda surreal but the past week has been kinda cool I think… :D
Don’t worry people, I’m fine I’m fine! Doing well, having fun exploring and all.
Being at the EXPO the past few days has been quite an eye opener, I’ve been having fun! Everyday’s a new challenge and it’s been very very eventful but nevertheless, I look forward to everyday. Tiring, but fulfilling :D
Alright, off to bed! Off tomorrowwww yay (L)
We went to recce the routes yesterday and omg it took us half a day to get to EXPO. Lots of walking up and down to get from here to there from the SPT . Tired TTM!
But we finally had our first orientation there today, excited! There are still quite a number of pavillions under construction (even Singapore Pavillion) and it’s kinda sandy and all but the feeling was like woahhhhhhh! Absolutely spectacular! :D
Had awesome xiao long baos for dinner at a nearby eatery. Niceeeee (L)
Project 201.
